For hygiene reasons, only items that are still in their sealed packaging can be taken back from returns.
All jewellery from this online store are sold clean, not sterile and per one, unless stated differently in the item's description.

If you haven't received an email and/or haven't clicked the link, this means you aren't subscribed to the newsletter. Did you contact Soesha though social media? Then I am extra careful. Because the communication runs via a so-called 'third party', I have no control over the implementation of the security on such apps or platforms and I do not ask for personal information via social media.
