How to Order
Choose the items you want to order, click on "Add to Cart". You will be automatically redirected to the shopping cart.
Select the desired payment method and click on "Complete order". Then enter your contact details and billing address.
After this, you can review your order and confirm or cancel.
Attention!: Review your data carefully and check for typos!
When everything is correct, and you want to finalize the order, click on "confirm order".
After this, you will be redirected to pay and an order confirmation will be sent to you.

Envelope or parcel?
Most orders are sent in an envelope that fits through the mailbox.
These shipments are not provided with a track & trace and are sent via the regular postal network.
Some articles, such as the brand items, are sent (if inland) with a letterbox package so that they can be followed with a track & trace code. The costs are slightly higher, but lower than parcel post.
When your order is shipped with the parcel service, you will receive an e-mail with a "track & trace". PostNL or DHL offers the package twice to you. If both times you do not have the opportunity to receive the package, you will receive a pick-up from the postman with which you can pick up the package at the nearest post office.
Via Track & Trace you can monitor the progress of the delivery of your package yourself.

If your country is already on the list, and you can choose it during checkout, you will immediately see what the costs are.

Delivery times
If the articles are in stock, they will be handled and shipped as quickly as possible. If they are not in stock you will be kept informed, and they will be ordered as soon as possible and sent to you. The estimated delivery times are included when the chosen item is not in stock.
If ordered, an order will be processed within 3 week days. Then it usually takes 2 weekdays before you can receive your order.
Pay on Pickup
When you have chosen to pay when you pick up, you will receive an email when the order is ready for you. If everything from your order is in stock it can often be collected within 2 weeks (during the opening hours of the physical store of course). You will be notified.
